If a bank wants to launch a new product, it assembles a team with business representatives, designers, developers, testers, etc. Being on the same field, they can solve a common problem, understand each other’s problems and move towards the result together. It is impossible to create a department for every project – the unit of management becomes the end-to-end teams.
